The externally introduced 380V three phase AC power supply motor and built-in diesel are power source of mucking machine. It has functions of traveling, excavating and gathering, loading, unloading, etc. The traveling system is driven by hydraulic motor and it controls functions of moving forward, moving backward and braking. Excavating and gathering is conducted by robot. Hydraulic operating control robot moves up, down, left and right to complete excavating, gathering, loading and unloading. The electric roller drives belt to convey slag. During loading and unloading, the conveyor is lifted by two hydrocylinders, and the hydrocylinders are locked as pivot for loading and unloading.
The Hydraulic system adopts famous brand at home and broad, so it can ensure working stability. It is controlled by secondary, equipped with imported hydraulic joystick.

B. Operating Methods
The operating is performed by the operation of:
(1) one piece control knob
(2) two piece manual pilot valves
(3) one piece pedal pilot valve
(4) one piece manual and a group of four joint valves in the driver chamber.
