• After the assembly, maintenance or repair work is completed, the installation of all protective devices must be restored in a suitable manner.
• The welding operations on the load bearing parts of the mucking loader can only be carried out in accordance with recognized welding procedures after consulting the manufacturer.
• The modifications such as welding of hydraulic systems can only be carried out after the manufacturer's approval.
• Before operations on the hydraulic system, the operating pressure, auxiliary pressure, back pressure and the pressure in the oil tank must be released first.
• Carefully read the safety data sheet provided by the mineral oil company.
Ingestion of lubricants and long-term and frequent contact with the skin are harmful to human health, so it must be avoided. When used correctly, it will not cause a particular risk to health.
• Only the hydraulic hoses specified by the manufacturer can be used.
• Piping and installation of hydraulic hoses must be correct.
• Prohibit smoking and naked flame around the fuel or battery.
